How to Tell if your Jaw is Misaligned

Your jaw is misaligned if you have any form of jaw problems such as pain, clicks and pops, clenching, or sleeping problems. When you are clenching and grinding your teeth at night, you are not sleeping as well as you should. Also, if the jaw clicks and pops, you are clenching so much that you have damaged your TMJ.
